Planning and Zoning Division

The City of Marietta Division of Planning and Zoning ensures the future quality of life of the City of Marietta by providing quality, professional assistance and expertise to elected officials, appointed boards, city management and citizens in the areas of Planning, Zoning, Land Use decision making, economic development and strategic decision making.

This is accomplished through the provision of information and analysis and the use of professional judgment and experience to inform the public and guide the policy development process.
