Small Business Energy Audit Program

In that regard, Marietta Power and Water has designed a program especially for you.*

Marietta Power and Water now offers a Small Business Commercial Energy Audit Program that enlists the expertise of an Energy Star Certified Energy Auditor. Your comprehensive assessment will include a written report that includes prioritized recommendations for insulation, water management, moisture management, ventilation, heating/cooling equipment, and water heating.

The energy audit assessment cost is $500 per business. Marietta Power and Water will pay $250 of this cost making your cost only $250. In addition, you can receive an additional credit (up to $250) on your electric bill if you implement any of the measures suggested by the auditor that result in a sustained kilowatt-hour reduction. Measures that convert from electricity to gas or other forms of energy do not qualify. No rebate will exceed the cost of the improvement.

This offer is extended to our stand-alone, small business customers that have a peak demand of 30kW or less on an annual basis.
